My name is Tyler Drewitz. I oversee ministry development here at Redemption. Anytime I share that with someone, the question I am most regularly asked in response is "what does it mean to oversee ministry development". As a part of my role I spend time taking a look at the various ministries of the church & looking for areas that we can continue to grow & develop in.
Prior to Pastor Ryan leaving on vacation, we discussed the need to develop in the area of his overall schedule. For the past year his schedule has has been incredibly sporadic & incredibly full from taking meetings at whatever time they could fit into a day. That has made any sort of consistent scheduling both here and at his home a difficult challenge. Moving forward we will be working diligently to have consistent office hours to not only better protect his time & serve his family but also to give the Redemption family an ability to know those hours in case you would like to set up a meeting with him.
Below are the open blocks of time we have set aside for Ryan to meet with people. They are:
Mondays: 6p-7p
Tuesdays: 1030a-3p
Thursdays: 8a-1p
Saturdays: 10a-12p
The rest of his week is set aside for meetings with staff, admin time, vision planning, and sermon study/prep. His day off each week is Wednesday.

Ministry Development
Tyler... I know what you mean about that "What is ministry development?" question. I get strange looks about that all the time too. I follow Ryan and Redemption from Little Rock, Arkansas.
